Interior design · Website direction & enquiry journey

Concept study 01
Explore the concept

The imagined brief: give an independent interiors studio a warm editorial website that introduces its approach as clearly as its aesthetic.

The design response: generous spacing, tactile colours and a project-led structure. A proposed enquiry journey helps visitors explain their space, location and project goals.

Scope: illustrative visual direction and proposed page structure. Fictional brand; not a commissioned project or a functioning client website.

How we work

A clear process.
A partner at every step.

You’ll know what we’re doing, why it matters, and what comes next.

01 / UNDERSTAND

First, your world.

We talk about your business, your customers, and what your website needs to make easier. Then we agree on the scope and direction.

02 / SHAPE

Give it direction.

We map the pages and develop a visual approach. You review the design and share feedback before we move into the build.

03 / BUILD

Make it work.

We bring the approved design to life, connect the agreed tools, and check the experience across screen sizes.

04 / LAUNCH

Ready for people.

We complete the final checks together, launch your website, and show you how to manage the parts you’ll use.

A few good questions

Before we
make a start.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

We work with independent service businesses, creative studios, consultants, and educators. The starting point is your offer, your customers, and the kind of website you need.

Can you redesign my existing website?

Yes. We’ll first look at what you have, what’s working, and what you want to improve. That helps us decide whether a focused update or a broader redesign is the right next step.

Can people book appointments through my website?

We can connect compatible booking tools or link visitors to your existing booking platform. We’ll agree on the tools, functionality, and any subscription costs before the project begins.

What do you need from me?

We’ll guide you through a brief covering your business, services, audience, and goals. Your logo, brand assets, photographs, and existing content are helpful. We’ll explain what’s needed and where content guidance is included.

How much does a website cost, and how long does it take?

That depends on the number of pages, content, functionality, and existing assets. After our initial conversation, you’ll receive a proposal with a defined scope, price, timeline, and revision process.

Can we work together if I’m outside Serbia?

Yes. Pokonoko works remotely with international clients, with communication in English and agreed check-ins throughout the project.
